Finance and Operations Lead
Accounting & Finance · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Ask us
This is a serious role for a serious accountant. An Auckland-based cybersecurity firm with CREST certification, working for clients in New Zealand and Australia, needs a Finance and Operations Lead who can take full charge of how the business runs.
You will own finance, payroll and people, client success, suppliers and licensing, compliance, inter-company management billing and office administration. The point is simple: you handle operations so the technical team can deliver penetration testing, compliance and managed security without distraction. The job is full-time, office based and reports straight to the CEO/CISO.
A CPA or CA qualification is compulsory. You will be trusted with confidential commercial, staff and client data, so accuracy and discretion are non-negotiable.
