Key Responsibilities
- Cook a variety of Italian dishes, including handmade pasta and traditional recipes, at a consistent standard
- Control daily kitchen operations, from inventory to cleanliness
- Manage kitchen staff and set a positive tone on the line
- Develop new recipes and menu items with the kitchen team

Requirements & Eligibility
