Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the business requirements and deliver technical specifications and software designs from them
- Take responsibility for software applications from design to development to maintenance, working in Python, C#/.NET, Node.js and C++
- Develop AI functionality on top of large language models and integrate it using LangGraph, LangChain, Flowise and comparable frameworks
- Build machine learning models for classification, anomaly detection, regression and predictive analysis, and evaluate every one of them
- Apply sentiment analysis, natural language processing and image processing techniques wherever the application is relevant
- Own the pipeline of data preprocessing, feature selection, model training and performance optimisation
- Develop the database integrations and APIs through which software systems communicate, and conduct unit and integration testing on what you build
- Identify defects, implement corrective changes and review code to maintain performance, security, quality and reliability
- Prepare testing records, system documentation and technical specifications and keep them maintained
Requirements & Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field, with equivalent relevant experience accepted as the other route
- 3+ years' experience across four areas of software work, being design, development, testing and maintenance
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Node.js or C#/.NET
- Practical experience with at least some AI or machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn or Keras
- Experience developing APIs plus experience working with SQL databases
- Understanding of software architecture and version control, and of debugging and testing practices, with familiarity with Scrum or Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, strong communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
- Desirable: experience with LangGraph, Flowise, LangChain or other LLM integration tools
