A Sydney business is recruiting a Software Developer, and the brief is plain. Take client requirements, build the application, test it, deploy it and keep it running. You will do that with QA, cloud and project teams around you, on a range of client projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain web and software applications to the client's requirements, including responsive ReactJS front-end interfaces
- Develop back-end services, APIs and databases, then integrate them
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code and take part in debugging, testing and code reviews with QA
- Back deployment through cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders, deliver on time and stay on top of best practices and new technologies
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field, backed by 2 to 4 years of commercial software development
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and strong ReactJS
- Back-end experience, with at least one of Java, .NET, Python or Node.js
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, and experience with Git and agile working
- Clear verbal and written English, with full working rights in Australia
- Cloud experience in AWS or Azure, plus familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
