Hospitality · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · $78,000 - $80,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
Straight to it. A Brisbane bar and restaurant with a solid reputation needs a Senior Chef / Chef, full time, on $78,000 - $80,000 per year. This one is for chefs who are on the ground in Australia: the employer wants current Australian work rights at the time of application.
You will be the Head Chef's right hand. That means prep done properly, food cooked to standard, service kept in line and a kitchen that stays organised when it gets hot. The venue is serious about food quality and about how its customers are treated.
The ad is also clear that sponsorship opportunities are available for the right candidate who meets all other requirements. Treat that as exactly what it says and nothing more.
