Here is a solid Chef opening for a qualified cook ready to step up. A golf club kitchen in north-east Victoria is growing its trade and needs a passionate, highly motivated Chef to back the head chef, sous chef and kitchenhands.
You report straight to the Head Chef, in a professional team where career development is on the table. The role is Full-Time at $75,000 - $80,000 per year and you can start immediately. The town around the club draws crowds for skiing, boating, fishing and hiking.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook the menu, holding quality at every stage of preparation and presentation
- Train new and less experienced staff, supervise the cooks, delegate tasks and assist where needed
- Keep the kitchen in line with hygiene regulations
- Manage food stock checks and ordering
Requirements & Eligibility
- Qualified in commercial cookery to Cert 3 or higher, with experience to match
- 2 years' commercial kitchen experience at minimum
- Good communication and the ability to work unsupervised or in a team
- Understanding of OH&S plus food hygiene requirements
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Flexible availability for weekday and weekend work in a 7-day operation
