Melbourne has a new restaurant in a historic CBD laneway, and it wants a strong Restaurant Manager. The place opened in one of the city's most important heritage dining rooms, the opening was a success, and now the owners are expanding management with this role and an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Here is what you would be leading. A dining room, a bar and a private room. Generous food built on produce and cooked over charcoal. Hospitality that is thoughtful and welcoming, not stiff. The people being hired care about quality, about provenance and about guests feeling properly looked after.
Sponsorship is available for management positions, so applicants based outside Australia can put themselves forward for this one.

Key Responsibilities
- Work within the management team to shape the culture, standards and rhythm of a new restaurant
- Lead front of house for a warm, genuine guest experience in the dining room
- Bring the same welcome to the bar and the private room
- Uphold quality and provenance in the way food and drinks reach every guest
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospitality management experience at the level of Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- A deep care for quality, provenance and real, welcoming hospitality, and commitment to building and leading a new team
