Nigerian nurses with strong clinical skills, here is a serious opening. A full-time Registered Nurse is needed by a community-owned, not-for-profit aged care provider that has served older people for 40 years in regional New South Wales, near Wagga Wagga.
The job is clinical leadership on every shift. You will report to the Deputy Director of Nursing, keep the care team on track and make sure residents are treated with dignity. Aged care experience is highly regarded. Nurses from other clinical backgrounds are encouraged too.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate person-centred nursing care for each resident
- Run clinical assessments, create care plans and review outcomes
- Give medications, Schedule 8 included, as legislation and procedures require
- Manage wounds, monitor residents and escalate any health change
- Lead Enrolled Nurses and care staff through supervision, support and delegation
- Keep clinical documentation accurate and assist with AN-ACC assessments as required
- Contribute to incident management, infection prevention and quality improvement
- Engage with residents, families, medical practitioners and allied health professionals, while supporting compliance with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and professional nursing requirements
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor of Nursing or a recognised equivalent qualification
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, medication management and care planning
- Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership, plus the ability to work independently, prioritise clinical duties and respond to changing resident needs
- Understanding of aged care quality, safety and clinical governance, and commitment to residents' dignity, choice and independence
- Ability to meet applicable aged care worker screening requirements
