Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing for aged care clients and NDIS participants, tailored to each person
- Run clinical assessments and develop and review care plans
- Support medication management, monitor health changes and record everything accurately
- Collaborate with clients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to promote choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is required
- Relevant experience in community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence working independently in a community setting, with a compassionate approach and commitment to safe, person-centred care
- Willingness to move to the Northern Territory
