Darwin, NT. Community Registered Nurse. Full-time. This is a hands-on clinical role with a boutique aged and community care provider that serves clients across regional Australia.
You will own the clinical picture for your clients: assess them properly, set their care plans, manage wounds, administer and chart medication and support personal care. You report into a multidisciplinary team and act as its extension in the community.
The provider is clear that it can offer onshore sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency for the right candidates, which means you should be living in Australia to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Own clinical assessments that cover clients' social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Set clinically appropriate care plans, manage wounds and document everything
- Administer medication and keep charts accurate
- Support personal care for residents
- Advocate firmly for clients and deliver a premium level of care and support
- Act as an extension of the multidisciplinary team in the community
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant degree qualification is required
- Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is required
- Current Australian driver's licence and Current National Criminal History Check are both required
