Here is a clear opportunity for Registered Nurses: 100 permanent, full-time positions with private hospitals and aged care organisations in several regional Australian locations.
The job is simple to describe. You run the daily care of residents and you support the team working with you. That means assessments, medication management, coordinating care staff and staying in touch with families.

Now the experience. You must have a minimum of 3 months as a Registered Nurse in Australia or a minimum of 2 years of experience overseas. Australian experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of residents' daily care needs while supporting your team
- Complete comprehensive, accurate nursing assessments
- Carry overall responsibility for medication management
- Apply nursing practice that strengthens residents' dignity and integrity and builds independence
- Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals and family members to plan, implement and evaluate care, and keep families informed
- Supervise and direct care workers, enrolled nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Own residents' nursing care overall, providing interventions and treatments
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Qualified Registered Nurse, AHPRA
- Minimum 3 months' Australian experience as a Registered Nurse, or minimum 2 years' overseas experience
- Australian work experience preferred
- Strong leadership, delegation and workload prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in patient-centred clinical care
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and aged care legislative framework, including safe administration of medication
