This is a focused role, with one part-time Registered Nurse needed for a 28-bed aged care home in Orange, NSW.
The employer is a non-profit care organisation with a clear set of values and a presence across New South Wales. Your work is clinical care for older residents, delivered in a person-centred way, with real attention to residents living with dementia. You will need to be available for a range of shifts on different days.
For the right candidate, visa sponsorship will be considered. Post-graduate applicants are also accepted.
The requirements are firm. You need full unrestricted AHPRA registration, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, vaccinations under the employer's policy and a pre-employment medical assessment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred clinical care to residents of the 28-bed home, including senior members of the community
- Give focused support to residents living with dementia
- Work as one of the care team on various shifts and days
- Take guidance from an experienced leadership and corporate team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Must hold full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applicants welcome
- Affinity and hands-on experience with dementia residents, or the willingness to gain that experience
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving, as a highly motivated and excellent team player
- Availability for various shifts over various days
- Vaccinated to the employer's immunisation policy (required COVID-19 doses plus annual influenza), with a pre-employment medical assessment completed
