Pastry Chefs with real volume behind them, this one is for you. A growing hospitality group in Sydney runs several venues and a production kitchen, and it needs creative people who can deliver desserts and baked goods its customers love, shift after shift.
The positions sit anywhere between Demi Chef and Sous Chef. Some are full time, others part time. Expect to move between fast venue kitchens and the production floor, and expect a roster that includes nights, weekends and public holidays as well as day work.
Know this before you apply. Sponsorship on the 482 visa may be available for the right candidate who meets immigration requirements and is already living in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver desserts, pastries and baked goods at a high standard every time

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant kitchen or a production kitchen
- Certificate III in Patisserie, or equivalent training
- Viennoiserie experience is highly regarded
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting and bring a positive, team-focused attitude
- Flexibility for days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for quality ingredients and creative execution
- Strong technical pastry skills and sharp attention to detail
- Currently living in Australia
