Here is a clear opportunity for a hospitality leader who can take charge. A Perth, WA bar and grill, part of an expanding hospitality group, needs a Bar Manager / Duty Manager on a full-time, long-term basis.
The brief is straightforward. Run the daily operations, lead and train the staff, and keep customer service excellent. You will also manage stock and cash, open and close the premises, and keep everything compliant with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety rules.
To be considered, you need a minimum of 3 years in a busy pub, tavern, bar or hospitality venue. Subclass 482 sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the bar and venue's daily operations
- Lead the bar and front-of-house staff
- Supervise and train team members
- Deliver and maintain excellent customer service
- Control stock, ordering and inventory
- Manage cash, opening and closing procedures
- Enforce compliance with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements
- Support rostering, staff performance and cost control
- Assist with the venue's functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience as a hospitality manager or supervisor
- Strong leadership, with strong communication skills
- Experience gained in a busy pub or tavern setting
- Current RSA certificate held
- Hold WA Approved Manager accreditation or be willing to obtain it
- Free to work evenings, weekends and public holidays; reliable, professional and able to work independently
