Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year of Japanese restaurant experience
- Background as a sushi chef, all-rounder chef or cook
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Strong knowledge of fusion cuisine
- Capable of assisting with menu development and quality control
- Experience in high-end and high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong sense of responsibility, plus excellent teamwork and communication skills
