Here is a straightforward opportunity for a capable Baker: a Melbourne bakery wants one experienced professional to take charge of its whole overnight production.
The hours are clear. You start around 10 pm and finish near 5 am, six nights a week, with Wednesdays off. Final times will be confirmed with you, so come ready to adjust. Your job is to produce bread, pastries and donuts on your own and have everything on the shelves by morning. The business has a loyal customer base that expects quality every day.
This is a full-time role starting immediately, with 4 weeks of annual leave. The business also says visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, if applicable.

- Proven baker experience from a commercial bakery or hospitality setting

- Reliable, punctual and consistent, because the team depends on the bake every morning, and available to work over the Christmas period
