Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Deal with questions from guests on the phone, over email and at reception
- Help every guest have an excellent stay
- Assist with bookings from online booking platforms
- Support cleaning, maintenance and presentation of the property, including checks on rooms, cabins, campsites and facilities
- Help operate the swimming pool and hot pools
- Coordinate daily tasks with the team and assist with basic administration and office work
- Learn how occupancy, pricing and online bookings are managed
