Sydney. Fire. Quality produce. A growing kitchen that cooks this way is hiring a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, and it is open to junior and experienced chefs at both levels.
The pace is fast and the energy is high. You will work with a tight, ambitious team in the restaurant and at one-off events across different locations, and the standard on every plate has to hold.
The role is for applicants already in Australia who hold working rights.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver under pressure in a high-energy kitchen built on fire and quality produce
- Run prep and small events independently, no hand-holding
- Hit a high, consistent standard on every dish for clients with big expectations
- Back the team at events in different locations
- Stay sharp and collaborative across both kitchen and event work
- Keep standards the same whether cooking in-house or on location
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional kitchen experience backed by a minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef
- For the Sous Chef position, a minimum of 6 months already done in that role
- Event catering or high-volume kitchen experience is highly regarded
- Hatted or award-winning restaurant experience is highly regarded
- Strong focus on consistency and attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality food that meets high client expectations
- Ability to run small events and prep independently, using strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic and a team mindset
- Valid NSW driver's licence, plus Australian working rights (required; visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates)
