Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef

Onshore applicants only

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $100,000 - $110,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

Here is a senior kitchen role for a chef who is ready to run the show. A hospitality group operating two year-round hotels in regional Western Australia, south of Perth, wants an experienced leader to own the daily running of one of its two kitchens.

The menu is elevated modern Australian pub dining with Italian-inspired cooking, focused on fresh local produce. Your experience, skills and career goals decide whether you come in as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef. Expect training and support from management first, then a steady increase in responsibility.

The role is full-time and salaried at 38 ordinary hours per week, plus reasonable additional hours where applicable. It is open to applicants already in Australia with work rights. Down the line, suitable candidates may be considered for employer sponsorship, subject to their eligibility, what the business requires and the immigration rules, and the group has more than 10 staff on that arrangement.
