An experienced Head Chef is needed in Perth to take full control of a high-volume riverside café kitchen. The position suits a Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead who is ready to own the job from the first shift.
Service runs across breakfast and lunch only. That means day shifts, no late nights, and weekends that you must be able to work. Expect to drive the team, hold every plate to a high standard and keep a firm grip on spending, wastage and stock.
