Key Responsibilities
- Lead every service: bookings, table flow and coordination with the kitchen

Requirements & Eligibility
- Supervisory or senior floor experience in a quality, busy restaurant, ideally 2+ years
- Solid wine knowledge: confident on styles, regions and food pairings
- Keen to keep learning about wine
- A clear standard of great service that you hold even on a big night
- A current Queensland RSA
- RMLV, or the willingness to complete it on the way to management
- Availability for a seven-day roster covering nights, weekends and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights
