This is a head chef post with real ownership. A respected, growing hospitality group needs a Head Chef for a waterfront restaurant of around 80 seats, serving confident modern Australian food as small and share plates, all prepared in-house from local produce.
You write the menus with the owner. You build the team, train it and lead it from the pass when service gets busy. The role is full-time on a 38-hour week. Head chefs and senior sous chefs ready for a first head chef role are both in the frame. Visa sponsorship is open for discussion for the right person.

Requirements & Eligibility
- You have cooked modern Australian food with bold flavours and you are comfortable with grill and fire
- You have led a kitchen through busy service and you know kitchen numbers and systems
- You lead calmly, generously and collaboratively
