The role on offer is casual Chef de Partie and Commis Chef work at a new Italian courtyard restaurant in Sydney. The venue is open-air, seats 130 and serves from morning espresso right through to late-night cocktails.
On the kitchen side, the need is for a strong culinary foundation, a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional cuisine. On visas, sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate once the probationary period has been completed and the relevant eligibility requirements are met. It is decided case by case and depends on business approval.
