This is a full-time building maintenance role in Sydney with a property group that looks after a portfolio of buildings. You will handle repairs from small to large, keep tenants happy and help the team hold a high standard.
The employer is looking for a dependable person with real maintenance or trade experience who wants a long-term post.A 482 visa sponsored by the employer may be on offer to the right applicant, subject to eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle general building repairs, inside and out
- Take on minor jobs as well as helping with large-scale construction work
- Find defects and maintenance issues and flag them
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests fast and sort them out professionally
- Do the planned preventative maintenance and help with improvement works
- Work out practical ways to keep the buildings maintained for the long term
- Keep the site safe and tidy and the work to a high standard
Requirements & Eligibility
- Practical building maintenance, general repair or trade experience
- Pride in the job and strong attention to detail
- Confidence with tools and the ability to find practical fixes for maintenance problems
- Reliable and proactive, able to work independently and within a team
- Well presented with clear communication with tenants, colleagues and contractors
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks
- Stable employment history and a wish for a long-term opportunity, with readiness for a rotating roster including Saturdays
