Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong menus for the bistro restaurant and the events packages
- Lead and manage the kitchen team against set KPIs
- Help recruit fresh talent, grow the current team and keep morale positive
- Control food quality, portions and presentation, and take charge of bistro service
- Own the planning and delivery of every regular function and event
Requirements & Eligibility
- A record of 2+ years in similar positions
- Strong people management skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to manage a fast-moving, multifaceted kitchen
- Close attention to detail
- A firm handle on quality control
- Understanding of costing and profit, plus strong planning and organisational skills
