Duty Manager
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $75,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Here is a straightforward opportunity for a seasoned restaurant leader. A well-known hotel on the Western Australian coast, near Bunbury, needs a Duty Manager who can take control of a busy, high-performing restaurant and deliver top service every shift.
You will be on the floor, not behind a desk. The job means directing the front-of-house team, working with the kitchen, and owning the numbers: stock, waste, rosters, cash, cost of goods and payroll. The hotel wants proof that you have done this before, so be ready to show it.
The position is full-time and permanent. Evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays are part of the roster, and that availability is essential. On visas, the hotel has stated that sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.
