Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, caring, evidence-based nursing in ED, acute and aged care
- Assess, plan, carry out and evaluate care with patients, carers and colleagues from the multidisciplinary team
- Lead as Nurse in Charge across ED (including triage), acute and aged care
- Back quality improvement initiatives

Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse, with current registration through AHPRA
- Clinician with confidence and capability who does well in rural healthcare
- Independent worker and team player within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience or willingness to work as the Nurse in Charge across ED (including triage), acute and aged care
- Commitment to patient-centred care, plus strong communication, clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Immunisation and screening for certain diseases (Category A position)
