You will run clinical care for older residents, give medications, plan care and guide the care team, all on a flexible 7-day rotating roster. Pay is $93,000 - $105,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective clinical care centred on each resident, and keep residents' health under close watch
- Handle medication administration, resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
- Support and mentor care staff, and push for continuous improvement in care quality
Requirements & Eligibility
- Up-to-date AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years as a practising Registered Nurse; overseas-only experience must be within the last 5 years, and Australian experience is highly regarded
- Strong skills in clinical assessment and making decisions
- Excellent communication; works well in a team
- Committed to person-centred care of high quality and willing to work in regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
- Highly regarded: residential aged care experience, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, and experience leading clinical teams
