Hospital pharmacists, take note. Clinical Pharmacist positions are open across the Northern Territory, with the listing based in Darwin. You can go for a permanent post or a short-term contract.
The work is hands-on. You review and reconcile medication, counsel patients, provide medicines information and help keep medication management safe, working daily with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues.
Two points matter. First, you must hold AHPRA registration or be eligible to obtain it; the job does not get it for you. Second, visa sponsorship is on offer for eligible candidates applying for the permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ward-based clinical pharmacy in the hospital

Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience is a must
- AHPRA registration, current, or eligibility to obtain it
- Australian or New Zealand internship completed, in progress or nearly complete
- Overseas pharmacists with relevant experience are also encouraged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
