Key Responsibilities
- Carry out clinical care in clients' homes
- Help clients with personal care needs
- Document every visit accurately and keep care plans current
- Speak clearly and professionally with clients, families and healthcare teams
- Make safety, dignity and wellbeing the standard in all interactions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a current Driver's Licence
- Have a reliable vehicle
- Hold a current National Criminal History Check
- Hold Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- Hold First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Show strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Show computer literacy and confidence with digital systems for care notes and communication
- Bring experience in nursing or home care (preferred, not essential)
