This is a hands-on care role with real responsibility. A national provider of community nursing, disability and aged care is expanding in Mandurah, WA, and wants Home Care Employees to support clients in their own homes.
The service runs 24/7, so you will cover a range of shifts, active nights included. Your focus is simple. Help each person keep their independence, dignity and quality of life. Nursing or home care experience counts in your favour, but it is not essential. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out personal and clinical care in clients' homes
- Document every visit and keep care plans accurate
- Communicate clearly with clients, families and healthcare teams, always putting safety, dignity and well-being first
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle of your own
- Current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration if applicable
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and confidence on digital systems used for care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care, preferred but not essential
