A national provider of community nursing, disability and aged care is expanding its Mandurah team in Western Australia, and it wants Enrolled Nurses who are ready to care for people in their own homes.
The organisation runs 24/7. Shifts are not fixed and include active nights. Each visit is about helping a client stay independent, keep their dignity and enjoy a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical and personal care in clients' homes, putting safety, dignity and well-being first
- Keep records and care plans accurate
- Communicate clearly with clients, families and healthcare professionals
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence with a reliable vehicle
- National Criminal History Check (current)
- Nursing Registration if applicable
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and computer literate enough to handle digital care notes and communication with confidence
- Experience in nursing or home care is preferred, though not essential
