The job is clear. You deliver clinical care to residents, lead the shift and supervise the personal care workers, and keep good working relationships with residents and families. Shifts rotate between mornings, afternoons and nights, and you report to the Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best-practice clinical nursing to residents
- Lead the shift and coach, supervise and direct personal care workers
- Identify changes in residents' needs and respond using clinical judgement
- Build trust with residents and families, support a safe, positive and inclusive environment, and follow all clinical, safety and organisational procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration that is current
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years in nursing, ideally including aged care work
- Working knowledge of aged care legislation and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- A clear understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes and strong clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related conditions
- Confidence coaching, mentoring and supporting care staff
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills, a collaborative and positive approach, and competent IT skills
