Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, carry out and evaluate nursing care for residents
- Handle medications and monitor wellbeing and health closely
- Develop and apply individualised care plans with the multidisciplinary team
- Give leadership, guidance and support to nursing staff
- Comply with legislation, regulations and organisational policies
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, essential
- Currently residing in Australia, essential
- Significant aged care or similar healthcare experience, at a minimum of 1 year
- Strong clinical skills managing diverse health needs in older adults
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A compassionate, person-centred approach

- Clear communication with residents, families and the wider care team
