Here is a leadership job for a qualified nurse in Perth. A disability and nursing care provider is hiring a permanent, full-time Service Manager, and it will take an Enrolled Nurse or a Registered Nurse.
The work is clear-cut. You own the care service. That means building person-centred plans, directing and mentoring support workers, managing client funds and keeping every part of the service compliant with NDIS regulations. You will deal directly with clients, families and other health professionals, and your records must be thorough.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the care service for clients with disability, from planning to delivery
- Direct and mentor support workers so standards of care and compliance stay high
- Make sure staff are resourced and trained for complex client needs
- Put person-centred support plans in place and maintain them with clients, families and health professionals
- Run service delivery to NDIS regulations and government standards, including client funds
- Keep thorough client documentation and assessments and strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse, AHPRA registered
- Proven disability care background, ideally within the NDIS framework, and/or aged care background
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to high clinical care and compliance
- Understanding of the NDIS and experience with complex-needs clients
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate less than 3 years old, plus a valid driver's licence
