Perth needs a sharp organiser. A food and agribusiness that has operated in Australia for more than 100 years, with sites in Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania, wants a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Your brief would be to run hiring, mobilisation and onboarding for people joining from Australia and abroad, answer to the Human Resources Group Manager, and stand as the first point of contact whenever hiring managers, applicants or internal teams need something. Sponsorship is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive each hiring stage, from advertising and screening through interviews to offers, after agreeing workforce needs with hiring managers
- Take charge of mobilisation: coordinating visas, getting documentation in order, onboarding new people, arranging travel and moves, and dealing with migration providers on visa matters
- Keep hiring data and systems accurate so the business can report and stay compliant
- Look after candidates, employees and internal stakeholders with strong service, keeping every step consistent with policy, legislation and best practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- A track record in HR administration, recruitment coordination, mobilisation or a similar role
