Brisbane needs a Project Engineer. A fast-growing Queensland utility and civil contractor is delivering pipe and civil projects from planning to handover, and the pipe work runs from sewer through to gas.

Key Responsibilities
- Scope and check civil and utility works across sewer, water and gas
- Put tender documentation together, with the drawings, specifications and quantities behind it
- Manage project programs, budgets and cost reporting, and be the point of contact for clients, asset owners, authorities and subcontractors
- Advise site teams on technical issues and deal with variations and RFIs
- Check that quality, safety and environmental requirements are met, and provide input to ITPs, SWMS and risk assessments
Requirements & Eligibility
- Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Hands-on experience in utility, pipeline or civil construction work
- Knowledge covering Australian Standards and Queensland water and sewer authority requirements
- Knowledge of precast and in-situ concrete
- Placing orders for materials, plant and equipment hire
- Strong skills in communication and stakeholder dealings
- A current Queensland driver's licence and full Australian work rights
- Desirable: White Card, plus AutoCAD or Civil 3D and project software experience
