Here is a serious senior role for an electrical professional. A major industrial process plant in Karratha, Western Australia, needs someone to lead electrical maintenance, lift reliability and protect asset performance across the site.
The plant is open to both lead engineers and electrical superintendents and will choose based on experience. What it needs is proven time in operating plants, real maintenance leadership and a strong reliability record.
This is a permanent, live-in-town position in Karratha, not FIFO. Sponsorship is available for suitable international candidates.

- Lead electrical maintenance across the full operation
- Strengthen equipment reliability
- Protect and improve asset performance
- Direct electrical teams and their contractors
- Drive shutdown and turnaround programmes
- Lead commissioning and enforce safety and compliance standards
Requirements & Eligibility
- Extensive leadership in electrical maintenance or electrical engineering
- Strong HV/MV/LV experience along with industrial electrical systems experience
- Plant maintenance experience, together with reliability and asset performance experience
- Experience leading both electrical teams and contractors
- Commissioning plus shutdown / turnaround experience
- Strong knowledge of compliance and safety
- Experience in an oil and gas, energy, chemical, process plant, manufacturing, resources or similar environment; people from chemical, power generation, refinery, oil and gas, fertiliser, mineral processing, petrochemical, LNG or major fixed-plant operations are encouraged to apply
