Registered Nurses with emergency experience, take note. A busy Emergency Department in Canberra, ACT, with a strong reputation, has permanent roles open, full time or part time, and the rostering is flexible.
The work is varied and demanding. You will treat resuscitation and acute trauma patients, children, mental health presentations and general emergency cases, as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team. The roster rotates and includes night shifts. You start with a structured orientation, professional development continues after that, and nurse-to-patient ratios on the floor are good.
Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. Current AHPRA registration is a must.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is a must
- Proven experience in an emergency department
- Triage experience or ED qualifications such as a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing: highly regarded
- Current ALS/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Strong clinical judgement
- Composure under pressure and a team-first approach
- Availability for a rotating roster including nights
