Registered Nurse, Darwin, NT, full-time. A growing aged care provider is hiring nurses to look after residents in its community aged care service, and it needs people who are confident with clinical assessment and care planning.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, with senior clinicians mentoring you along the way, and the role comes with real room for career progression.
This role is open only to candidates already living in Australia with work rights. Eligible candidates in that position can access employer sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents clinically and set out an individual care plan for each
- Deliver wound care and administer medication, with accurate clinical records
- Monitor health closely and respond when a resident's care needs change
- Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing and advocate on their behalf
- Work with multidisciplinary colleagues to keep care safe, high in quality and focused on good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration, current, as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant nursing qualifications plus previous experience in community aged care
- Strong clinical assessment skills and strong care planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Working rights in Australia (Australian working rights)
