Melbourne needs a fitter who knows 4WD gear inside out. An Australian-owned maker of premium vehicle canopies, trays, toolboxes and 4WD accessories is growing nationally and is hiring an experienced Auto Accessories Fitter, full-time, to start immediately.
The work is clear. You install the company's own products on customers' vehicles inside purpose-built fitting bays. Many of those vehicles are brand new, and they include the newest standard, plug-in hybrid and electric models. If you already work in the automotive aftermarket or 4WD accessories industry, you are the person this employer wants to hear from.

Key Responsibilities
- Take parts off customer vehicles and put them back, preparing and installing accessories, often on brand new vehicles
- Build and fit canopies, trays and accessories, including drawer modules, windows and keyless entry systems made in the company factory
- Hold every fit to a high standard of detail and safety
Requirements & Eligibility
- Solid experience fitting vehicle accessories
- Experience carrying out automotive installations
- Good working knowledge of 4x4 accessories
- Strong attention to detail and a real commitment to safety
- Driver's licence plus forklift licence (you can have the forklift licence arranged)
- Auto-electrical or OBD experience preferred; it is not essential
