This is a straightforward opportunity for a proven Advanced Scaffolder. A Geraldton industrial solutions provider wants tradespeople who can erect, alter, inspect and dismantle scaffolding to Australian Standards on residential, commercial and mine site projects in Geraldton and across regional Western Australia.
The firm has a track record of more than 30 years and works across mining, infrastructure and construction as a fully integrated, multidisciplinary provider.
Here is the deal. You start immediately on a casual basis, at $50 per hour. If you are prepared to move to Geraldton, permanent employment is on the table, and the employer lists permanent sponsorship opportunities on a 494 or 482 visa. Be ready to prove you have done the work, not just passed the ticket.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding, safely and without wasted time
- Run scaffold inspections and complete the required checklists
- Plan and prepare scaffold works with the team, and document every job accurately
- Hold a firm line on workplace health and safety while building a positive team culture
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' Advanced Scaffolder experience
- Proven hands-on experience; a recently obtained Advanced Scaffolding ticket on its own does not count
- Current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
- Construction White Card
- Strong understanding of the Australian Standards for scaffolding
- Able to work independently and within a team, with excellent communication skills
- Must pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Working at Heights is essential
- Must live in Geraldton or be willing to move or travel to Geraldton for work
- Current National Criminal History Check is essential
