This is a casual Registered Nurse position at an 85-bed aged care home in Orange, NSW, run by a not-for-profit provider that puts its values first.
The job is clear. You deliver excellent clinical care to older residents, you keep each person at the centre of that care, and you handle dementia care with skill. Shifts vary across the week, you work inside a care team, and an experienced leadership team stands behind you. Day-to-day practice follows the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Post-graduate applicants are welcome. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards; post-graduate applicants are welcome
- Affinity with residents living with dementia, and experience with them or willingness to gain it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated team player, available for various shifts across various days
