Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant
- Formal culinary training or a relevant hospitality qualification
- Excellent cooking skills, close attention to detail and strong presentation
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Ability to adapt and perform well in a busy, high-pressure kitchen
