This is steady trade work on projects with staying power. A building contractor handling ceilings, walls and external cladding needs carpenters and ceiling fixers, and the jobs sit on major commercial building and façade contracts in the region. Each one is permanent and ongoing.
On the tools, you put up aluminium and CFC cladding, make wall and ceiling surfaces ready, and do the framing, set-out and fixing. The employer says the right candidates also have supervisor roles and sponsorship visas open to them.
