Here is a straightforward trade contract in Auckland. A leading New Zealand campervan conversion company wants a Campervan Builder at entry or mid level for 9 weeks, full-time, starting immediately. The working week runs Tuesday to Saturday and the contract closes out before the Christmas shutdown on 23 December.
You will be building the insides of campervans: cabinets, furniture, linings, floors and finishes, plus windows, roof vents and accessories. You will also support the 12V electrical and plumbing installs. Every job follows drawings and specifications, so accuracy matters.
Backpackers, temporary workers and working holiday visa holders are welcome. Be clear on the visa side: sponsorship is not part of this contract. It may come up only if the contract turns into an ongoing full-time role, and only for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in cabinetry, joinery or furniture making, 12V electrical, or campervan, caravan or RV manufacturing is ideally what you bring; an advantage but not essential
- Practical, hands-on and willing to keep learning
- Reliable and punctual every shift
- Able to work Tuesday to Saturday and proud of the standard of your work
