This role is for automotive tradespeople who can prove what they do with their hands. An established aftermarket operation in New South Wales needs a reliable worker for tyres, wheel services, brakes, clutches and parts handling.

Key Responsibilities

Tyre fitting and wheel alignment, plus brake and clutch repairs and servicing
Machining discs, drums and flywheels to the standard required
Receiving, inspecting and dispatching aftermarket parts and products, and storing tyres, brakes, clutches and parts in their designated areas
Backing up the sales team in daily operations and helping with deliveries when required
Keeping workshop and storage spaces accurate and well organised
Following safety procedures at all times while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Working without close supervision and communicating clearly with the wider team

Requirements & Eligibility

You must hold Australian work rights or be eligible for employer sponsorship
Minimum 1 year of relevant automotive or mechanical experience, with demonstrated hands-on aftermarket experience in the automotive field
Practical knowledge of tyres, brakes, clutches and related components; experience with wheel alignments is highly regarded
Ability to work without supervision and follow instructions precisely
Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive, reliable and professional attitude
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Current driver's licence; an Australian mechanical licence is an advantage but not mandatory
Genuine, verifiable employment history
Willingness to commit long term to a position in Australia
