Key Responsibilities
- Run daily and weekly reporting on production, timesheets and plant.
- Measure construction productivity and track project performance through the data.
- Reconcile piling, tracker and module quantities, and flag discrepancies and trends.
- Maintain survey, pile testing and tolerance registers as well as QA registers, punch lists, ITPs, ITCs and ITRs.
- Manage AppSheet trackers, project systems and the dashboards used for reporting.
- Support process improvement and site system optimisation by spotting where things can get better.
- Coordinate delivery registers, materials and laydown planning, and liaise with project teams, the client and the principal contractor on reports and documents.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Desirable: an Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations Engineering or related technical qualification or background.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with large or complex data sets; excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
- Advanced Excel including formulas, pivot tables, data validation and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP.
- Strong interest in operational efficiency, productivity and process improvement, plus the ability to understand workflows and identify how systems and processes can improve.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and to work autonomously in a remote site environment.
- Experience in Primavera P6, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, Employment Hero or AppSheet would be advantageous.
- Experience from solar construction, manufacturing, logistics, operations or other project-based environments will be highly regarded.
