Key Responsibilities

Keep student records and assessment documentation accurate and up to date
Assess how each student is performing and give feedback that actually helps
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and resources for the classroom
Run engaging lessons centred on students and aligned with curriculum standards
Build a classroom that is safe, inclusive and positive, and support each student's academic, social and emotional development
Work closely with colleagues and the school leadership team
Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers
Take part in professional learning and school initiatives, and contribute positively to the wider school community

Requirements & Eligibility

Eligible for Australian work rights or visa sponsorship, and willing to relocate to Queensland, Australia if required
Recognised Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification in teaching
Teaching experience in Primary or Secondary education, plus eligibility for teacher registration in the relevant Australian state
Strong skills in classroom management and communication
Dedicated to high-quality education and able to work in a collaborative school environment
