Day to day you will support container devanning, inbound receiving, stock replenishment, warehouse organisation and occasional order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

Unload containers and shipments safely, complete devanning and organise the goods that come in
Receive, inspect and process stock accurately, checking quantities, condition and receiving information
Replenish stock, keep storage areas orderly, and pick and pack customer orders when required
Operate forklifts safely and responsibly
Keep the warehouse clean and follow health, safety and operational procedures
Prioritise your daily work so things keep flowing, and cooperate with warehouse and logistics teams
Spot and report discrepancies, damaged goods or receiving issues
Adjust to shifting priorities and support other warehouse functions when required

Requirements & Eligibility

Current and valid forklift licence, plus the ability to demonstrate practical warehouse and forklift-handling capability
Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or stock handling
Employment experience relevant to this position that is genuine and can be verified
Sharp attention to detail when receiving, storing and managing stock
Reliable attendance, a professional approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and communication, and the discipline to follow established procedures accurately
Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
Physically fit for warehouse and manual handling duties
MPI Accredited Person certification is an advantage. Understanding of MPI requirements for container handling is also an advantage
Ability to meet applicable requirements for employer-sponsored employment
